At Captivated By Nova, every item is made just for you, from scratch, with love, and exactly how you ordered it. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

However, if there is an error on our end, whether it’s a misspelled name, incorrect design, or wrong item sent... we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue.
